AAP Leader Durgesh Pathak Joins Arvind Kejriwal in Boycotting Delhi High Court Judge

After Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal boycotted Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma, other accused in the alleged liquor scam case have also joined the campaign. After Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia, AAP leader Durgesh Pathak has also written'Letter No. 3'against Justice Swarna Kant Sharma. Like Kejriwal and Sisodia, Durgesh has also said that he will not go to Justice Sharma's court. Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma is a judge of the Delhi High Court and is hearing the alleged liquor scam. In late February, the trial court had discharged all 23 accused, including Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia, and reprimanded the CBI and ordered action against the investigating officer. The CBI challenged this decision in the High Court, which is being heard by Justice Sharma. There have been fears of bias against Justice Tushar Sharma by Arvind Kejriwal and other leaders of his party.
