Adani Defence and Aerospace Lays Foundation Stone for Rs 2,500 Crore Manufacturing Plant in Shivpuri

In Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh, the foundation stone of a Rs 2,500 crore manufacturing plant of Adani Defence and Aerospace was laid. The factory will manufacture ammunition, hi-tech weapons, mission-ready missiles and hi-tech defence products. Taxes at the manufacturing plant Adani Group Director Jeet Adani said that the chairman of the group has announced an investment of Rs 1,10,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh. The investment will be made in areas such as pump hydro storage, cement, mining, logistics and thermal energy. Adani Group aims to provide about 1,20,000 jobs in Madhya Pradesh by 2030. Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said that whenever there is a war for the defence of the country, arms and ammunition will go from Shivpuri.
