Allahabad High Court Hears Petition Against Rahul Gandhi's Dual Citizenship Case

ExtensionAdd as a preferred resource on google The Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court on Monday heard a petition filed in the alleged dual citizenship case against Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. The High Court has summoned the case file related to the Central Government in the alleged dual citizenship dispute case involving Rahul Gandhi. The petition has been filed against the order of the trial court refusing to register an FIR. The petition was argued at length for about one and a half hours. During the hearing, the court also summoned Central Standing Counsel Raj Kumar Singh to appear for the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Central Government and asked for fresh action related to the case.
