The petition has been filed against the order of the trial court refusing to register an FIR. The petition was argued at length for about one and a half hours. During the hearing, the court also summoned Central Standing Counsel Raj Kumar Singh to appear for the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Central Government and asked for fresh action related to the case.
