Australia Seeks UN Security Council Seat for 2029-2030 Term

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said on Sunday that his country will bid for a seat on the UN Security Council from 2029. He also launched a campaign to secure one of the two non-permanent seats available to his bloc. This follows a statement from the Australian High Commission in India.
