Bihar BJP President Defends EC's Special Revision Process in West Bengal

Patna: Bihar BJP president Sanjay Saraogi on Wednesday defended the Election Commission's special intensive revision of electoral rolls in West Bengal, saying the process is a constitutional right and accused the Trinamool Congress of attempting to manipulate the election with bogus votes. Saraogi told the media that the Election Commission has the constitutional right to conduct the SIR process and warned that the resources of Bengal are not the right of infiltrators or bogus voters, but of the people of Bengal.
