Bihar DGP Vinay Kumar Set to Become State's New Chief Information Commissioner

Bihar Director General of Police Vinay Kumar is in the process of changing his administrative role. According to reports, he is set to be appointed as the state's Chief Information Commissioner. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, Leader of the Opposition Tejashwi Yadav, and Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary have agreed on his name. However, the situation will be fully clear only after the formal notification of the appointment is issued. Vinay Kumar is a 1990-batch IPS officer and has taken charge as the DGP of Bihar.
