Sources suggest that preparations for the formation of a new government in the state are in the final stages, and the swearing-in ceremony will be held on 15 April. Prime Minister Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are also expected to attend the event. According to sources, PM Modi will arrive in Patna on the night of 14 April and stay the night. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Lok Bhawan in Patna, where security and administrative preparations have been intensified. Sources suggest that incumbent Chief Minister Nitish Kumar may resign after the cabinet meeting on 14 April. A meeting of the NDA legislature party has also been called on the same day to elect a new leader. There is speculation in political circles that Samrat Choudhary may be appointed as the chief minister.
