Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has reconstituted its State Tribal Cell and appointed three senior party leaders Mangala Kisan, Ramesh Majhi and Saluga Pradhan as the Advisors. Party president Naveen Patnaik suspended all previous orders and reconstituted the State Tribal Cell. Former Odisha Minister Sudam Marndi has been appointed as its president.
