BJP Appoints Dr. Archana Gupta as Haryana Unit Chief, Second Woman President in Four Decades

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Haryana has appointed Dr. Archana Gupta, a doctor and current general secretary, as its new chief, making her the second woman president of the party's state unit in four decades. She replaces Archana Mohan Lal Gupta and succeeds Kamala Verma, who held the position from 1980 to 1983.
