At a press conference in Congress Bhawan on Wednesday, Dr. Harak Singh Rawat said that the foundation stone for the law university in Ranipokhari was laid during the Trivendra government. Not a single brick was laid in the name of the university after seven years. Now the work is being done to name the land allotted in the name of the Tehri displaced dam. The Dhami government is violating the orders of its own party.
