BJP Spokespersons Criticize Congress MP Neha Bora's Comments on Hinduism

BJP national spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari said that her views reflected the influence of Rahul Gandhi (who is also a Congress MP). Bhandari also accused the Congress of being hostile towards Hindus and claimed that the party's stand could pose a threat to the unity of the country. On the advertisement social media platform X, Bhandari shared Bora's comments and compared them to an old statement of Rahul Gandhi regarding the safety of women in temples. Her post further added to the political criticism of the AISA president's comments. BJP national spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain, in a conversation with news agency IANS, accused Bora of constantly making offensive comments against Sanatan Dharma and its followers. He said that Bora's comments reflected his mindset of targeting a particular religious community. Hussain said, "The way Neha Bora insults Sanatan Dharma, the kind of language she uses, makes her feel that she has become a habitual target of people who believe in Sanatan Dharma."
