New Delhi, Dec 1: The BJP's vote share in local elections has increased by 2.01 per cent to 54.70 per cent compared to 2021. Out of these, polling was held for 9,999 seats on Sunday due to non-nomination of three candidates and death of three candidates. In the results declared on Tuesday, the BJP has won 7,502 seats. While 9.999માંથી 5,269 of the AAP candidates contested the polls, 68.86 per cent of the 3,365 candidates lost their deposits. In the polls, the traditional vote share of Congress in tribal areas was 1.99 per cent. However, 62,318 candidates, including the Congress winner, were left with ID4 deposits.
