Bomb Attack Rocks Kolkata's Panihati: 5 BJP Workers Injured in Cowardly Trinamool Congress-Linked Violence

Kolkata, Dec 8: After the election results were announced in West Bengal, instead of establishing peace, the fire of violence is raging. A horrific incident has come to light in Panihati, North 24 Parganas district, where a bomb has exploded near the house of Ratna Debnath, the mother of the victim of the R G Kar Hospital rape and murder case. This attack near the house of Ratna Debnath, who was fielded by the BJP as a candidate and defeated a veteran leader of the Trinamool Congress, has created a sensation in the political arena. Unidentified bike-borne men hurled bombs at a BJP group interacting with workers and common people on Dutta Road and disappeared in no time. In this attack, 5 BJP workers have been seriously injured, who have been admitted to the same R G Kar Hospital for immediate treatment, where the incident of rape took place earlier. The BJP has alleged that the cowardly attack has been carried out by Trinamool Congress goons who are unable to digest the defeat in the elections.
