MUMBAI: In a relief to HDFC Bank MD and CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan in a bribery case filed by Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust, the Bombay high court on Tuesday quashed the complaint, observing that it was in "retaliation" to the action initiated by the bank to recover dues of Rs 65 crore.
