Bulo Mandal to become Bihar Minister in Cabinet Expansion

Shailesh Kumar alias Bulo Mandal: Shailesh Kumar alias Bulo Mandal, MLA from Gopalpur assembly constituency in Bhagalpur, is being made a minister in the cabinet expansion of the Samrat Chaudhary government. Bulo Mandal, a five-time MLA and one-time MP, is being made a minister for the first time. He was earlier in the RJD. He is currently in the Janata Dal United (JDU). Bulo Mandal was given a chance by the JDU in the 2025 assembly elections by cutting the ticket of Neeraj Kumar alias Gopal Mandal. Gopal Mandal used to call himself a close and strong supporter of Nitish Kumar. The Bihar cabinet is being expanded in the presence of big leaders like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP national president Nitin Navin, Union Minister Rajnath Singh. Bulo Mandal is a young face of the JDU who was once close to Lalu Prasad Yadav and is today a favorite of Nitish Kumar. His political journey is quite strong. He became an MLA for the first time in the year 2000 when he did not register a victory on the Bihpur assembly seat as an RJD candidate.
