Campaigning is in full swing in Hariharpara and Suti assembly constituencies of Murshidabad. Candidates of both the constituencies have been campaigning since Monday morning with workers and supporters in their respective areas. CPIM and TMC candidates are trying to win the hearts of voters through door-to-door public relations as well as small street meetings. Defying the scorching sun, candidates are visiting villages and begging for votes. CPIM-ISF alliance candidate in Hariharpara assembly constituency, Zamir Mollah, has started campaigning from Ghaznipur area. He is visiting every house from Sreepur to Namapara. In the afternoon, after having lunch at the house of a worker-supporter of one of the parties, he again jumped into the campaign. During the campaign, Zamir Mollah raised his voice against the current government. He claimed that the education system in the area has completely collapsed and many schools are almost closed. People are going to private hospitals at high prices due to lack of proper government treatment. On the other hand, TMC MP from Sundargarh and MLA from Lakshmipur constituency, Soumini Biswas, has gone to Lakshmipur on Monday morning to campaign.
