Chief Election Commissioner Praises Madhya Pradesh's Special Intensified Surveillance Campaign

Gyanesh Kumar appreciated the Special Intensified Surveillance (SIR) campaign in Madhya Pradesh and said that the work has been done very effectively in the state. He said that the entire country is proud of the work of the election officers and BLOs of Madhya Pradesh. The monsoon is vigorous in the state, heavy to very heavy rain alert in 19 districts; Indore-Harda will be extremely wet. During the two-day visit, an interaction program with BLOs will be held in Indore on the first day. The Chief Election Commissioner will then leave for Omkareshwar and Maheshwar. He also has various programs scheduled on Sunday and will return to Delhi late at night. This is Gyanesh Kumar's first visit to Indore as Chief Election Commissioner. In the interaction with the BLOs, he is expected to discuss the challenges faced during the SIR campaign, their experiences and future electoral preparedness. He may also share his views on the upcoming work plan of the Election Commission and the role of the BLOs.
