According to the information, due to the continuous rain in Delhi, there was heavy waterlogging in many areas including Jagatpur. The open drain near the Integrated Entry Gate of Jagatpur was also completely filled with water. It was difficult to identify where the road was ending and the drain was starting above the road and the drain. The three children were returning to their home after the school holidays. CCTV footage shows that the children were walking on the road in a normal way. Suddenly their balance broke and they fell into the drain within a few seconds.
