The Cockroach Janata Party (COJP) has warned of renewed protests if the case against the protesters is not withdrawn. CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka has categorically stated that unless a written agreement is reached by Tuesday (July 28), the movement will be forced to resume. A police officer has since said that strict security arrangements will be in place to maintain law and order in New Delhi and Central Delhi districts. CJP spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka said in a post on X, "We are witnessing a complete violation of the agreement regarding no police action against the protesters. Hundreds of students have been arrested in Bihar and Bengal, and hundreds of students are being monitored or harassed in Delhi and other states. There are also reports of detentions of volunteers logistically supporting the protesters in Delhi." He added, "Our demand is that all primary cases against the protesters be immediately withdrawn, students be released and no such FIR (FIR) be registered in Delhi or any other states on the basis of our agreement with the central police."
