Congress MP Imran Masood Criticizes Central Government's Diesel Purchase Limit Policy

Congress MP from Saharanpur Imran Masood has launched a very explosive and scathing attack on the policies of the central government during media interactions. He has strongly criticized the decision of the government to set a limit of 200 liters on diesel purchase in his statement made on 12 June. Masood has called this policy a move to push the country towards a quota system, which will lead to inflation on the general public due to freight being expensive. He said that the central government has proved to be completely incompetent in preventing black marketing and controlling inflation. On the issue of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK), the Congress MP clearly said that it is a part of Kashmir and is an integral part of us, so the government should take a clear and strong stand to withdraw it. While taking a jibe at the rallies of the Bahujan Samaj Party, he said that the BSP has now been limited. The party has only 250 people, who roam around in every rally, sometimes as divisional in-charge, sometimes as assembly in-charge, sometimes as block in-charge. Masood said that the MP will not be able to take decisions on the transportation of 200 liters of diesel.
