Congress Reorganizes Ahead of Elections, Appoints New In-Charges in Key States

The Congress has made major changes in its organisation in view of the strategy for the upcoming elections. New AICC in-charges for UP, Haryana and Odisha have been appointed after the approval of party president Mallikarjun Kharge. Under this change, Rajendra Pal Gautam has been made in-charge of Uttar Pradesh, Lalji Desai has been made in-charge of Odisha and Sanjay Dutt has been made in-charge of Haryana. The appointments have come into effect with immediate effect.
