CUET UG 2026: One of the Largest Computer-Based Exams in the World to be Held in May

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET UG) 2026 is going to be one of the largest computer-based examinations, the preparations for which have been made on an even bigger scale this time. The examination will be held from 11 to 31 May 2026 and its admit cards have been released on 5 May. This time a record number of students have applied, which has made the process of exam center allocation very complicated. It has become a big challenge to decide the center keeping in mind the choice of millions of students, subject combinations and shifts, yet most of the students have got the cities of their choice. According to the National Testing Agency (NTA), CUET UG 2026 is going to be one of the largest computer-based examinations in the world this year. This time around 15.68 lakh candidates have registered. Every student has got the option to choose a maximum of 5 subjects, which has increased the total number of exam sessions to about 67.56 lakhs. Apart from this, 12,906 students have chosen different subjects, which make the examination complex and the management of all the students.
