Daughter's Determination Pays Off: Pooja Kumari Becomes Woman Constable in Bihar Police

Daughter Pooja Kumari of Kharmauli village in Virpur block has written a new story of success with her hard work, perseverance and determination. Daughter of Naresh Mahato, who supports her family by working as a labourer in another state, has brought laurels to the family and the village by getting selected as a woman constable in Bihar Police. This achievement of Pooja is an inspiration for those daughters who dream big despite limited resources and struggle to fulfill them. Behind the success of Pooja is the sacrifice of her parents and her years of hard work. Despite the financial condition of the family, her father Naresh Mahato did not let her children study. He works as a labourer in another state to run the expenses of the family and prepare the future of the children. At the same time, mother Anita Devi is very less educated but she gave full support to her daughter. Mother Anita Devi said that Pooja has been meritorious and disciplined in her studies since childhood. She did not leave her secondary school in the year 2024 and completed her matriculation in the village.
