Delhi Court Acquits Man Accused of Attempted Murder and Cruelty Against Wife

A Delhi court has acquitted a man accused of attempting to murder his wife and subjecting her to cruelty for dowry. Additional Sessions Judge Puneet Pahwa was hearing a 2018 case of attempt to murder and cruelty by her husband at Gokalpuri police station. The court said in its August 3 order that the prosecution failed to prove the charges beyond reasonable doubt.
