Delhi LG Approves Proposal to Enhance Administrative Powers in Reorganised Revenue Districts

To strengthen the administrative set-up in the reorganised revenue districts of Delhi, the Lieutenant Governor has taken a major decision. LG Taranjit Singh Sandhu has approved the proposal to give the powers of Executive Magistrate to the District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Revenue Assistant, Tehsildar and Circle Officers posted in the new districts.
