Delhi Police Files Charge Sheet Against Six Accused Over Life-Endangering Incident

The Delhi Police had registered an FIR at the South Campus police station. The charge sheet has been filed against six accused. The accused include landlord Hariram Gupta, wife Urmila Gupta, Mahesh Gupta, Manoj Kumar, Sudhanshu Lavnish Kumar and Shubham Tyagi. Advertisement Delhi Police has invoked several sections of the Indian Penal Code (BNS) in the charge sheet. These include Section 125 (A) for negligent act endangering life of others. Section 3 (5) for common intention and Section 105 for culpable homicide not amounting to murder. Section 290 has been invoked for negligent act during repair or construction of building. In addition, Section 115 (2) for voluntarily causing hurt and Sections 324 (2) and 324 (4) for damage to public or private property.
