Democrats Win US Congress; First Muslim Senator Elected

In the midterm elections held on 3rd November in America, the Democrats have taken over the US Congress. On the other hand, making history in these elections, Abdul Al-Saeed has become the first Muslim Senator of America. During the celebration of his historic victory, he appeared with his wife Dr. Sara Jukku, whose family roots are connected to India. After the victory, an old podcast clip of him is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which he is seen sharing a funny anecdote about his marriage and India. Abdul Al-Saeed, the son of Egyptian immigrants, told in the podcast that when he married Dr. Sara, an uncle from Egypt told him in surprise that there are 80 million people in Egypt and you went and married an Indian woman. On this, Al-Saeed replied to his uncle in a very funny way that uncle is more than an Arab in the world, so Sara Jukku's family was more likely to be married to Dr. Abdul Sayed in Karnataka 2006.
