Election Commission Reshuffles State Police Posts in Kolkata

The Election Commission has reshuffled several state police posts, including Kolkata. Indira Mukherjee, DC Central, Kolkata Police, has been removed by the Commission. YS Jagannath Rao has been given charge in place of Indira. Rajesh Kumar Singh has been made ADG and IGP South Bengal. K Jayaraman has been made ADG and IGP North Bengal. Pranab Kumar has been posted as Commissioner of Police, Asansol Durgapur. Akhilesh Kumar Chaturvedi has been made CP, Howrah. Amit Kumar Singh CP, Barrackpore. Sunil Kumar Yadav CP, Chandannagar.
