To curb the increasing cybercrimes, Cyber Centre of Excellence, Gujarat has achieved another success under'Operation Mule 2. 0 '. During this operation, 10 members of an organized gang operating in Anand have been arrested and a total of 132 cybercrime cases have been solved. In which the gang had committed fraud of 53.55 crores have also been exposed. Police investigation revealed that the network of this gang was spread in many cities of Gujarat including Ahmedabad. One of these accused Sahilmiya Malik had provided a'Mule Account'to the accused involved in Baba Siddique murder. Shocking thing has come to the fore in the investigation that this gang had deposited a total of 53.55 crores in these accounts through cybercrimes. It is believed that this amount was obtained by cheating victims of different states. This gang was working in a highly technical way using digital payments, fake accounts and cryptocurrencies, which made it difficult to trace Baba Saahilmiya Siddiqui, an accused in this case.
