Gurugram Authorities Seal 262 Rooms in DLF Phase-3 for Rule Violations

Gurugram: The District Town Planner (DTP) Enforcement Department on Friday carried out a Restoration Drive on DLF Phase-3 residential plots for violation of rules. The action was taken in compliance with the orders of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. A total of 262 rooms were sealed. The action was initiated on Friday at around 12 noon at S-Block, Nathupur Road. During this time, the DTP Enforcement Team, assisted by DLF Phase-3 Police Station and District Administration, took action against illegal commercial activities going on in several buildings and sealed them. The 15-room guest house operating on Nathupur Road-19 was completely sealed. 28 rooms were sealed in Nathupur Road-34E. Apart from this, the gym running in the basement, the office on the stilt floor, the departmental store, the Unisex dealer's office and the salon on all the four floors of Nathupur PG-34, Nathupur Road were also sealed.
