Chandigarh: Haryana Congress has started strengthening its organisation in south Haryana, especially in the Mewat region. Organisational meetings in Nuh district held on Saturday in the presence of Haryana in-charge Sanjay Dutt and state president Rao Narendra Singh gave a clear signal that the party will now strengthen its organisation at the booth level and continue to corner the BJP government on issues of public interest. The meetings were attended by office bearers and workers of Nuh, Punhana and Ferozepur Jhirka assembly constituencies along with the district Congress executive. Sanjay Dutt called upon the workers to intensify their public relations campaign against the policies of the BJP government by activating the organisation from village to village and booth to booth. He targeted the central government on issues like opposition questions in Parliament, alleged crackdown on students, theft cases related to Ram Mandir and women's reservation. In his address, state president Narendra Rao Singh also accused the BJP government of corruption in schemes for Dalits and poor sections.
