In a major administrative reshuffle, just two days after the Rajya Sabha elections, the Haryana government has transferred and reshuffled the portfolios of 23 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. As per the orders issued, the portfolios of several senior officers have been changed, while some have been given additional responsibilities. These orders have been implemented with immediate effect after the approval of the Governor. In this reshuffle, Dr. Raja Shekhar Gundu has been removed from the Food and Civil Supplies Department and made the Additional Chief Secretary of the Printing and Stationery Department, while the Transport Department will remain with him. G. Anupama has been made the Additional Chief Secretary of the Civil Aviation Department. Apurva Kumar Singh has been removed from the Town and Country Planning Department and given the responsibility of Higher Education and Public Works and Architecture Department. Anurag Agarwal has been made the Additional Chief Secretary of the Town and Country Planning and Urban Estates Department. Vijayendra Kumar has been assigned the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department, while Pankaj Agarwal has been appointed as the Principal Secretary of the Irrigation and Water Resources Department.
