India Hit by Heavy Thunderstorms, Rain, and Hail: Weather Forecast

Heavy thunderstorms in UP, Delhi, and Haryana New Delhi, sudden change in weather in many parts of the country. Thunderstorms, rain, and hail have been occurring for the last few days. According to the Meteorological Department, due to the activation of the Western Disturbance, many states of North, Central, and Eastern India are likely to experience similar weather conditions for the next few days. Rainfall occurred in many areas of Delhi, Haryana, and UP on Wednesday evening. Dust storms and heavy rains affected flights in Delhi on Wednesday evening. Bad weather forced 22 flights to be diverted to other airports. Thunderstorms occurred in Ghaziabad and Noida in UP. Meerut also received drizzle. Jewar Airport in Noida recorded 63 kmph winds. Hindon in Ghaziabad recorded 44 kmph winds. Rewari in Haryana received heavy rainfall on Wednesday evening. While Bhiwani, Hisar, Sirsa, Panipat, Naranwalgarh, and Mahendragarh in Himachal Pradesh also received heavy rainfall on Wednesday evening.
