India Holds All-Party Meeting to Address Middle East Crisis, Clarifies Position on Pakistan-Iran Mediation

New Delhi: The all-party meeting to resolve the Middle East crisis lasted for about an hour and a half. In the meeting, the Petroleum Minister and the Foreign Minister answered the questions of the opposition. The government said that there is no shortage of petroleum products in the country and the supply is completely normal. The meeting also discussed the situation in the Harmuz system, which has now become a global concern. The government said that four of our ships have already left the region, and many more will come very soon. This is an important achievement for us. The ships of many countries are now stranded. It is seen as a diplomatic and strategic success for India. What did the government say about Pakistan's mediation? The government also clarified its position regarding the recent Middle East tensions, especially the tensions related to Iran. According to the opposition, when the issue of Pakistan's mediation with Iran was raised, the government said that this process is not new; it has been going on since 1981. The US has been engaging Pakistan in talks with Iran for years. The opposition party had also said that if such statements regarding COVID-19 were true, they would not react to the statement of the Prime Minister.
