At present, one delegate from a school with one to 10 teachers, two from a school with 11 to 20 teachers and three delegates from a school with 21 to 30 teachers are being voted through. All teachers should be given the right to vote directly in the election of various levels. Director of Secondary Education Dr. Mukul Kumar Sati had written a letter to the Secretary of Education, Vigilance and Finance Department on this matter.
