The central government of the BJP has taken a very important decision. The government has approved the appointment of nine lawyers as judges in the Punjab and Haryana High Court. The official information in this regard has also been released in full from the Rashtrapati Bhavan. This step has been taken to fill the vacant chairs of judges in the court and to speed up the work. Earlier, the Supreme Court Collegium had recommended the names of a total of ten lawyers. All these names were thoroughly discussed at the highest level of the country. After this, the central government has given its approval to nine out of those ten names. After this seal of the government, now the way has been completely cleared for all these qualified lawyers to become judges. In exercise of the power conferred by the Constitution of India, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, the President is pleased to appoint the following advocates as Additional Judges in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.
