Indian Government Introduces Amendment Bill to Prevent Examination Malpractices

The Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractices) Amendment Bill, 2026 will be introduced in the Lok Sabha on Monday. Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh has been given the responsibility to introduce this bill. He will present the bill in the Lok Sabha on July 27. According to the legislative business agenda, he will introduce a bill to change the Public Examinations (Prevention of Malpractices) Act, 2024. Jitendra Singh will also be responsible for getting this bill passed from the House.
