Indian Government Introduces Four Bills in Parliament Amid Efforts to End Opposition Blockade

In the last leg of the monsoon session, Parliament can now function. Today, the government is going to introduce four bills in the Lok Sabha. These are the bills that are related to the demands of the states, so it is expected that the opposition will let the parliament function today. Today, the four bills that are going to be introduced are the bill to change the name of Kerala to Keralam. The bill to prepare for the change in the tribunal system. Amit Shah will be present in the house today and he himself will introduce the Kerala bill 2026 and the bill to change the law related to the cooperative sector. The fourth bill is about mining, which will be introduced by Arjun Ram Meghwal. Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy will place the bill to amend the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. Only 4 days are left for the monsoon session. The government is constantly talking to the leaders of the opposition parties. Kiren Rijiju himself has had several rounds of talks with Rahul Gandhi.
