Indian Government's Brainstorming Session: A Review or Cabinet Expansion Preparation?

There will be a two-day'Chintan Baithak'on 23rd and 24th September 2026, which will be attended by the entire Council of Ministers. The venue of the meeting is'Seva Tirtha '. Now the question is whether this meeting is just a review of the work or the preparation of cabinet expansion is hidden behind it. In simple words, this is the'brainstorming session'of the government. In this, the ministers gather at one place, explain the work of their ministries, share good and bad experiences and discuss the strategy ahead. This is not a formal cabinet meeting, where decisions are taken. This is an informal brainstorming, where every minister can speak openly. In this time, the ministers have been divided into groups of 8. Each group has been given a specific topic, such as improving themselves, communicating with the public and improving administrative work. Every minister has to prepare a report card of his ministry. According to the sources, this is also an important issue in the meeting.
