Indian Man Loses Over 1 Lakh Rupees in Land Scam

According to the complaint, Furqan Ali was in need of land, on which his relative Sabir Ali introduced him to Sheru alias Sher Mohammad, a resident of Piplaida, Dhaulana, Hapur and others. The accused identified themselves as the owner of the land by showing a fake Khasra Khatauni of Gata No. 543 and 747 Rakba 0.4730 to Furqan Ali, a resident of village Indragadhi, Police Station Mussoorie. In confidence, the victim settled the land deal with the accused and paid a total of < ID2 lakh > rupees to Sheru and his accomplices through different dates and RTGS. After some time, when the victim came to know the truth, it was revealed that the real owner and occupier of the said land are Mohammad Tariq, Miswar Rahman and Afzal Ahmed. The accused have cheated Furqan Ali by showing their illegal occupation of the land by preparing fake papers. When the victim demanded his money back, he again refused to pay the money.
