A shocking case has come to light in New Delhi, where a person used to trap people by posing himself as an officer of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) for years. His story came to light when a wedding invitation card reached the PMO directly. The card described the person as an undersecretary in the PMO. The investigation that started after this revealed shocking facts and now the CBI has registered a case against him. According to CBI officials, the accused has been identified as P. Elangovan. The action against him started on the basis of a complaint made by the Prime Minister's Office. Officials said that the PMO had received a wedding invitation card in which Elangovan was said to be working as an undersecretary in the Prime Minister's Office. When the PMO checked its official records, it came to know that a person named Thiru P. Elangovan has never been in the Prime Minister's Office. After this, the PMO suspected that a person posing as an officer of the PMO was misguiding people. The CBI started investigating the complaint on the basis of the initial complaint received by the PMO on 8 January 2023.
