Indian Minister Under Fire for Comment About Woman Councilor's Physical Appearance

A controversy has erupted in Indore over a comment made by Madhya Pradesh cabinet minister Kailash Vijayvargiya. During a program to dedicate development works worth about Rs 7 crore in Ward No. 6, minister Vijayvargiya commented on the physical appearance of a woman councilor from a public platform. Congress has objected to this comment after the video of the program went viral on social media. AICC media coordinator Neelabh Shukla has called the minister's comment condemnable. In fact, a program to dedicate development works worth about Rs 7 crore was organized in Ward No. 6 of Indore on Sunday. Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya also attended the program. Meanwhile, a comment of the minister regarding a woman councilor from a public forum came to the fore, in which he said that... "Didi's width has also increased a little." This comment was made by minister Kailash Vijayvargiya when the councilor was passing by him near the mic stand. There was a worker of the minister behind the councilor, so he was not seen.
