Indian MP Iqra Hassan Accused of Blocking Road Outside DIG's Office

An FIR has been registered against SP MP from Kairana, Iqra Hassan, for blocking the road outside the DIG's office. The FIR in this case has come to light, in which seven named people include MP Iqra Hassan, as well as 20 to 25 unidentified people. Read Trending VideosThe incident took place on May 19, when Kairana MP Iqra Hassan reached Jasala village in Shamli district to meet the DIG in connection with the murder of Monu Kashyap. The MP was accompanied by the deceased Monu's mother. The MP had accused the DIG of not giving a satisfactory reply. Supporters of Iqra Hassan had gathered outside the office, which affected traffic. The Advertisement Police detained the MP and brought him to the Mahila police station, from where he was released after some time. However, some of his supporters were arrested under sections of breach of peace and sent to jail. After this incident, MP Iqra Hassan along with seven public servants of Sadar Kotwali police station have now lodged an FIR in this case.
