Indian Railways Runs Special Trains for NEET Examinees on June 21

A very big relief has come from the Indian Railways for the examinees appearing in NEET 2026. After running special trains in view of the heavy rush during festivals and summer holidays, now the Railways has decided to run examination special trains for the convenience of the students appearing for NEET. North Eastern Railway (NER) Lucknow Division will run a special train from Gorakhpur to Lucknow on 21st June so that the students do not face any kind of inconvenience in commuting to their examination centers. Public Relations Officer (PRO) of North Eastern Railway Lucknow Division Mahesh Gupta informed in this context that in view of NEET examination, a total of 02 pairs of unreserved examination special trains will be run between Gorakhpur-Lucknow-Gorakhpur on 21st June 2026. In view of the huge number of examinees, these trains will be fitted with a total of 12 coaches including 10 coaches of GSCN and 2 coaches of SLRD. All these coaches will be of fully unreserved category, so that the students can travel without prior reservation even on 21st June.
