So the bill has been sent to the Pay and Accounts Office in Kolkata. The bill has been sent to the districts. As per the rules, once the bill is passed, there is no chance of revising it. Under these circumstances, there is virtually no chance of getting the DA along with the DA in April. According to a section of the employees, after the announcement of the DA, the DA has also been sent to the state commission, but the final DA file has not been sent to the state commission.
