India's Growing Influence in Middle East Can Bring Stability and Prosperity: Israel's Ambassador

Israel's Ambassador to India, Reuven Azar, has praised India's growing influence in the Middle East, saying India has a huge role to play in establishing stability in the region amid geopolitical tensions and economic uncertainty. Azar stressed India's role in the ongoing crisis in West Asia, saying that India's fast-growing economy and trade partnerships can transform the entire region if stability is maintained in the region and extremist elements are curbed. Ambassador Azar said, "India has a huge role to play because India is the fastest-growing economy in our region. We will see trillions of dollars of goods moving and huge investments as a result of agreements made with all the major trading blocs. If stability is maintained in West Asia, we will be able to take full advantage of it." He added, "Then I think India, we and all the countries in the region will be able to enjoy the prosperity that is coming from India to our region."
