Iran Blocks Gulf of Hormuz, Threatens Oil Supplies and Contradicts Trump's Claims

Tehran: Iran's Revolutionary Guard has taken an aggressive stance in the Gulf of Hormuz, threatening oil supplies around the world. On Friday morning, Iran officially declared this strategic sea route closed to the United States and Israel's allies. Meanwhile, three large ships attempting to cross the Gulf, including container ships of the Chinese company COSCO, were forcibly turned away by the IRGC. Iran has clearly warned that the gates of this sea route will be closed forever to countries that help "Jewish-American enemies."
