New Delhi: After the attacks on Iran by the US and Israel in the Middle East, the world seems to be on the brink of World War III. However, defense experts believe that conquering Iran will not prove to be an easy operation for the US like Venezuela or Iraq. Iran has the largest and deadliest missile stockpile in the Middle East, with a strike range of 1,200 miles. This means that Iran has'resisted'the biggest threat in the fight against Israel, Saudi Arabia, and US military bases in the Gulf sitting in Tehran. Iran has over the years created Hezbollah in Lebanon, Huthi rebels in Yemen, and several proxy groups in Iraq. If the US launches a direct attack, all of these organizations together can launch attacks on Israel and commercial shipping in the Red Sea, making the war not limited to one country. Iran does not have the three main threats to American combat power: Iran's nuclear arsenal and Iran's short-range missile arsenal.
