A ceasefire has been agreed between Israel and Hezbollah. According to Reuters, the ceasefire between the two sides came into effect at 4 p.m. local time (6.30 p.m. Indian time) on Friday. A senior US official said that the US and Qatari negotiators reached this agreement with the help of Iran. The two sides agreed to stop fighting after Thursday's shooting. Meanwhile, US President Donald Trump made a strong statement about Iran. He said, "Iran, not us, came to the negotiating table under compulsion. It's over. We'll complete the 60-day process and it won't get a single dollar." Trump claimed in another post that Iran's military strength has been severely weakened. He said that it now has almost no capabilities left. An interim ceasefire agreement to end the war between the US and Iran has been signed. Donald Trump signed the MoU on Wednesday night in Versailles, France, after the first talks between the US and Israel took place in Switzerland.
