Israel Continues Aerial Attacks on Lebanon Amid Ceasefire Dispute

Tehran, Beirut: Israel has continued its offensive on Lebanon, saying the ceasefire between the United States and Iran does not include Lebanon. It has carried out deadly attacks in commercial and residential areas, killing more than 250 people and wounding more than a thousand. On the continuation of these attacks, Israel has said that the ceasefire does not include its fight with Iran-backed Hezbollah. On the other hand, US President Donald Trump has also supported Israel's stance, saying that Lebanon is not included in the ceasefire because of Hezbollah. However, according to Pakistan, which is mediating between Iran and the United States, Lebanon is also included in the ceasefire. According to a report, Israel struck more than 100 Hezbollah targets in Beirut on Wednesday, less than 24 hours after the US closed in on Lebanon.
